1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using NoAdsFrog (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. What the Site does
NoAdsFrog is a free calculator that estimates whether YouTube Premium is financially worth it for you, based on the answers you provide. All figures produced by the Site are estimates for personal reflection. They are not financial advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to purchase or cancel any service. You remain responsible for your own purchasing decisions.
3. No warranty
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Pricing data, ad-load assumptions, and the math behind the calculator may be wrong or out of date at any time.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of NoAdsFrog shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. If liability cannot be excluded under Dutch law, it is limited to the amount you paid to access the Site, which is zero.
5. User content
When you post to the leaderboard you submit a display name and an emoji. When you submit feedback you submit a short text message. You confirm that this content does not infringe anyone’s rights, is not unlawful, abusive, or misleading, and does not contain personal data of third parties. The operator may remove any user content at any time, for any reason, without notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Site’s design, code, copy, logo, frog illustration, palette, and methodology are owned by the operator of NoAdsFrog. You may link to the Site freely. You may not copy, mirror, or republish substantial parts of the Site without prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to (a) abuse, harass, or impersonate others, (b) scrape or automate access at volumes that interfere with normal use, (c) attempt to bypass rate limits, daily cooldowns, or other safeguards, (d) use the Site to violate any law, or (e) submit content designed to mislead other visitors.
8. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be submitted to the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant you rights in your country of residence.
